Have demoed a South g1s using network rtk here in NZ I got similar results to older gps/glonass Trimble r8s I'd used but only a carpark test. Both NGS in USA and NRCAN in Canada have rtk gnss guides worth downloading and understanding before launching into GNSS use. GNSS use as much art/experience as technical/scientific vs total station being mostly technical/scientific. Using GNSS is very different to total station in terms of managing errors etc (as it's hard to tell from your post but your question suggests not a lot of GNSS experience).
